This is a full-bodied type of wine that has been carefully aged in sherry casks for more than 18 years, and is a gem that offers an overwhelming sense of maturity.
The aroma of sweet dried fruits and savory chocolate derived from sherry cask aging is impressive, and the long-aged original wine from Mizunara oak barrels is also latent, giving it a sense of maturity and depth.
“HIBIKI 21 YEARS OLD”
Malt unblended whisky is carefully selected and blended from those that have been aged 21 years or more.
The grain unblended whisky is also carefully selected from matured unblended whisky e that is 21 years old or older, so that you can enjoy the harmony of luxurious unblended whisky.
It has a fruity, sweet, flowery, mature aroma and a smooth mouthfeel.
The taste is elegant and profound, with a pleasantly deep and long-lasting finish.
